Midnight Star Murals
So How Does the Star Murals Work!
All Murals are painted with
a special glow in the dark paint dark and are invisible
during the day.
The amazing glow lasts from 6-12 hours depending on how much light
the paint receives during the day.
If you have a room that gets no daylight, then you will need to
have a very bright light source to charge the glow
paint.
As you lay on the bed with the lights on, you notice nothing
strange about the ceiling, but when the lights are turned off
…"WOW"!
The effect of a Night Sky Star mural is breath
taking.
This artwork creates a very impressive illusion of having a clear
glass ceiling above you. All you see is the sky like a
cloudless
night high up in the mountains, with thousands of twinkling stars.
The constellations like Orion, Pegasus, Ursa Major (the Big
Dipper),
Gemini, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Crux (the Southern Cross) will be
visible and can even be rendered in their astronomically correct
locations.
When the walls are included the
effect of floating in space takes the experience to a new
level.
Imagine sitting up in your bed as it floats among the
stars.
I can create a night sky in your bedrooms, home theater, playroom,
bathrooms or any other room; including hotels, motels, resorts,
and
bed and breakfast inns. This painted artwork is in a class by
itself, as it's not normally visible during daylight hours.
The
ceiling looks the same as it did before the work was
produced.
It's relaxing, stress relieving, educational, awe-inspiring, and
romantic. Children can even learn the constellations inside and
then
take their parents outside and point them out. Each Midnight Star
Mural can be customized to the smallest
detail.
This is a
Special and Highly Secret Process.
So I will explain how its done to a small
degree.
First a
little about the paint
The Paint
used is made from Strontium Aluminate Phosphorescent
Pigments.
This is the Latest, Brightest and longest lasting Glow In The Dark
Material.
The Strontium Aluminate Phosphorescent Pigments are then
mixed into a Special Medium.
I have come up with formula after weeks of trial and
error.
How is it
applied?
Well this is where I cannot get into a whole lot of detail, as I
said before this is a
(Highly Secret Process).
All I can tell you it that there are special tools, brushes and
other things that I use to apply the
paint to make your Mural look as realistic as
possible.
Charging the Glow Paint
The paint can be
charged by the sunlight coming through the window'(s) of the
room.
If you have a room with windows facing South that's even
better.
If you have a small window or no windows in the room it is advised
that you have a very bright light source in the room to charge the
glow paint. Another option is to have a 2 to 4 foot blacklight in
the room. The longer the paint is charged the longer it will
glow!!
What Colors will I be
using?
At this time there
are only 5 colors that can be used that will glow up to about 4 to
5 Hours.
It is all depending on how much of a charge the paint gets.
The Colors are Charged by your standard indoor lighting and/or
sunlight coming through your windows.

BLUE
